District Music Contest, Elkhorn North HS – Chamber Orchestra and piano solos (Rohan Y and Jayden L) will compete at the 2024 NSAA District Music Contest.
All performances are free and open to the public! Chamber performs at 9:05 p.m. in the ENHS auditorium.

FINE ARTS BUILDING RECITAL HALL
Bring your friends and family and play a movement of a concerto with a live orchestra – Kearney Symphony Orchestra!
Participants will be chosen to represent a wide variety of orchestral instruments and from students all over the region.
Open to high school 11th and 12th graders.
APPLICATION DEADLINE:
FRIDAY, APRIL 5, 2024, COMPLETED APPLICATION FORM AND RECORDING DEADLINE.

Please download and print the music so you can practice and prepare before the event. Reminder – transportation to and from the festival is your responsibility as MNHS does not provide transportation or supervision, just access to the opportunity.
The festival will take place on February 23-24, 2024, on the UNL campus.
The guest conductor this year is internationally known string educator, conductor, Suzuki teacher trainer, author, and UNL distinguished alum Dr. Laurie Scott.
