If your child has earned enough points to qualify for letter award consideration, please have them complete the form. They can copy the doc, fill it out, and turn it in on Google Classroom, or they can print it, complete it, and turn it in to Mrs. Martinez or Mrs. Lund.

Students must total their own points. We will review the submissions and post letter awardees in Google Classroom. They will also be recognized at the May 12 orchestra awards ceremony.
