It’s time to start the mentor selection process for Cody Practice Club!
Here’s what we need from you if you’re interested in mentoring:

  1. Attend our organizational meeting on Monday, Oct. 21 from 3:20-3:40 p.m. in the Choir Room
  2. Fill out the Google Form on Classroom
  3. Join the Cody Remind group (code is @codypc2425)
  4. Print and have your parent/legal guardian complete the attached Parent Signature Form. Return to Mrs. Martinez once it’s done
  5. Put the following dates in your planner.
    Practice club starts at Cody Elementary after school from 3:35-4:20 p.m. Tuesdays
    Nov. 12, 19, 26
    Dec. 3
    Jan. 7, 14, 21, 28
    Feb. 4, 11, 18, 25
